Shipping policy

At DockGuard, we're committed to getting your order to you safely and as quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always keep you informed.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location. Deliveries to remote or regional areas may take longer than metropolitan estimates.

We ship from Perth, Western Australia. Customers in WA will generally receive their orders at the faster end of the estimated range.

International delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary due to customs processing times in the destination country, which are outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

DockGuard ships from Australia. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs.

We are unable to predict what charges may apply as they vary by country and order value. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you have concerns.

DockGuard is legally required to declare the full value of all shipments on customs documentation. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or under-declare values.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au/track.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to update in the system.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us atย tom@dockguardaus.comย with your order number and we will investigate promptly with Australia Post.

DockGuard is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control (including weather events or public holidays).

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. DockGuard cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately atย tom@dockguardaus.comย and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
